GENERAL

• I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If I am unable to complete your commission you will be informed as soon as possible.
• Please make sure to read this entirety before commissioning me/sending over a request.
• By commissioning me and sending a request, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service whether you have read this or not.

PAYMENT

• All prices are in USD.
• Once I have received FULL payment, I will begin work.
• • • Some works require 50/50, where 50% upfront for sketch, and after feedback the last 50% is sent.

REVISIONS

• Please see each individual listing for the number of revisions that come with the commission.
• If you decide that the work is not what you wanted after you have approved a step and I have already started the next stage of the draft, then you will be charged for each change thereafter. Revisions will be defined as the following:
• • • Minor revision: Any update that requires I make small changes that do not alter the overall look and feel of the prior draft and/or do not require extra labour to edit. Eg, changing text colour, moving around parts, adding extra details, removing a section, etc.
• • • Major revision: Any update that requires I make significant changes that alter the overall look and feel of the prior draft and/or require extra labour to edit. Eg, redoing the design composition and silhouette that require me to backtrack and redo already completed layers, etc.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Depending on my queue and the size of your commission, delivery may take anywhere between 1 week to 1 month. If you have a deadline, please let me know immediately after sending a request, otherwise I will work on it at my own pace. If unprecedented circumstances arise, I will inform you if I need an extension.

USE

• Do not claim, sell, or redistribute my work. Please see individual listings for available usage options. My usage rights will be defined as the following:
• • • Personal use: Any non-monetized usage, including but not limited to social media profile pictures, desktop wallpapers, etc.
• • • Commercial use (online): Any monetized usage for online activities, including but not limited to use in monetized livestreams and videos.
• If you are unsure of where your commission falls, please feel free to ask.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use part of their commissioned artwork for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), AI training and future inventions in the space. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and AI training are strictly prohibited.

REFUNDS

• I refund based on the amount of work left. So if I have completed $10 worth of work out of the full $15, you will receive a $5 refund. NO REFUNDS ONCE THE COMMISSION IS COMPLETED.

COMMUNICATION

• Please be responsive. I will send you periodic updates on your commissioned piece and you can provide feedback. I will change things accordingly. Please understand that the longer you take to respond, the longer your commission will take.
